The First Smart Parking System in Da Nang – Monarchy Complex
The Monarchy Complex is located at the intersection of Tran Hung Dao, An Trung 3, An Trung 2, and Tran Quang Dieu streets in An Hai Tay Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City. It is the first residential complex in Da Nang to feature a smart parking system.
The smart parking system at Monarchy utilizes Puzzle Parking technology. The system includes a 2-tier parking facility with 16 parking spots. It is equipped with a lifting mechanism that automatically moves cars from the ground to elevated parking spots (for above-ground systems) or down to underground parking spaces (for subterranean systems).
When retrieving a vehicle, the lifting equipment works to bring the car to a designated drop-off point, which is equipped with a 360-degree rotating platform and positioning rollers to assist drivers in maneuvering the vehicle into the parking space. If any unusual incidents occur in the system (e.g., unauthorized access, door malfunctions), the system will immediately alert the control center.
Since vehicles do not operate within the system, there are no traffic jams or emissions, reducing air pollution and minimizing fire hazards from vehicle movement within the garage. This ensures maximum safety and security for the residents.
The intelligent and modern parking system meets the needs of Monarchy’s residents, with a total parking area of 13,715 m². Smart solutions are essential in high-end apartments, such as automated fire alarm systems, security systems, and smart home devices controlled by touch, wireless technology, or voice commands.
