TPA PARKING Provides and Installs Automated Parking System at TUDI Building
The TUDI Building, located at 11 Lang Ha, Dong Da, Hanoi, is managed by the Urban Development and Trade Investment Joint Stock Company. Recently completed, the building features a striking golden glass facade and covers a land area of 1,166 m². Positioned in the heart of the city, TUDI stands out with its bright yellow appearance and high traffic density, attracting significant interest from investors.
The building structure includes 7 floors of podium, 13 floors of the main body, and 3 basement levels. The investor trusted TPA to install a fully automated smart parking system using pallet technology in the building’s basement. The parking system at TUDI comprises 4 basement levels, 2 car lifts, and 83 parking spots. TPA’s team was responsible for planning, designing, supplying, and installing the entire system over 150 days.
