TPA COMPLETES INSTALLATION OF SEMI-AUTOMATED PARKING AT 47 CÁT LINH
The shopping center building at 47 Cát Linh is nearing completion and is one of the projects developed by the NHS Group. Founded in 2005, NHS has built a solid reputation in real estate, hotel and restaurant services, and construction consulting, design, and installation. The 47 Cát Linh shopping center is situated in a prime location of the NHS Group. In the near future, the shopping center is expected to attract many people interested in using its services and will likely become a popular residential and commercial area.

Shopping Center 47 Cát Linh
The building’s central location posed a challenge for the investor in managing the high daily traffic of incoming and outgoing vehicles. With the existing parking garages, the question was whether there was a method to double the parking capacity. After some research, NHS Group chose to install a semi-automated parking system, specifically the Puzzle Parking, due to its superior advantages over other automated parking systems. Key features include:
– The overall installation cost for the Puzzle Parking system is lower than that of more modern systems.
– Installation is relatively easy as the system is designed with modular blocks. Increasing or decreasing the number of parking spaces is simply a matter of adding or removing these blocks.
– Retrieving a car from the parking system takes only 1-2 minutes, which is much faster and more convenient compared to traditional parking systems.
– The system can be installed in various areas and terrains.
– Cars can access any available spot on the ground floor, and the first and second floors are specifically designed for larger vehicles like SUVs and pickups, which is something the traditional vertical carousel systems cannot accommodate.
– It includes a safety locking system to prevent accidents during the lifting and lowering of vehicles.
– The design is straightforward, making it easy to operate and maintain.
–These strengths make the Puzzle Parking system not only beneficial for the investor but also provide a convenient user experience for customers.

The system was installed according to the design specifications, adhering to the standards and regulations applicable to parking systems and construction quality as mandated by the relevant state authorities. Currently, the system is undergoing trial runs for the client and will officially commence operation upon the building’s inauguration.
