Leadvisors Tower – A Premium Japanese-Style Office Tower
Leadvisors Tower, located on Pham Van Dong Street in the western expansion area, is a high-end office tower designed in Japanese style. With a total construction area of nearly 28,000 m², the building features 25 floors above ground, providing diverse spaces such as offices, co-working areas, showrooms, dining services, and a gym, along with 3 underground levels for parking.
The 4,463 m² parking area was initially insufficient to meet the parking demands of the tower. To address this, the project owner, Complex Phuong Bac Co., sought TPA’s expertise to find the most suitable smart parking solution that aligns with the building’s structure and client needs.
TPA designed a semi-automatic Puzzle Parking system with 25 parking spots, providing a simple, modern, and cost-effective solution to optimize the parking capacity.
