The vehicle control system and smart parking software at Natural Poem were implemented and operational within 30 days.
The Natural Poem project is located at 629 Kinh Dương Vương, An Lạc Ward, Bình Tân District, Ho Chi Minh City. It consists of 3 buildings, each 20 stories high, with a total of 1,115 apartments ranging from 48 to 74 m². The development benefits from a favorable geographical location and important commercial connections. Notably, shopping, entertainment, and healthcare facilities are also emphasized in this residential area.
The apartments in the project focus on maximizing natural light, with wider balconies, separated loggias, and well-designed layouts to capture light and fresh air. This has made the project attractive to many buyers and residents.
To meet the convenience needs of the residents, the developer, National Housing Organization Joint Stock Company (N.H.O JSC.), chose TPA to design, supply, and install the vehicle control system in 2020. The main goal was to manage vehicle entry and exit, classify vehicles by ticket type (single-use or monthly), provide transparent revenue reporting, and ensure absolute security, thereby improving the quality of life and increasing convenience for residents.
Modern vehicle control methods have replaced the complex manual ticketing process, enabling efficient management of vehicle entry and exit, card management, parking fee management, and quick and effective revenue reporting.
